Promotional Un été à Venise
For this project, Chanel requested agencies to develop a brand image solution for use in Spain’s largest promotional space (the Sephora store in the Triangle Shopping Centre in Barcelona). Based on the brand’s international guidelines, this involved creating a proposal for the launch of the “Un été à Venise” campaign. We ended up winning the tender, which included responsibility for the development and implementation of the project.
The planning process and technical solutions were developed in our Barcelona studio. The difficult aspect to the project involved the use of a self-supporting ceiling and cornice. We had to develop our own structure given that Sephora would not allow the use of the perfumery’s walls and roofs for support. This led to lightweight and robust structures being designed, which could be supported by thin and sloping columns that form an essential part of the design.
